• Expiration and fees: gift cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase, and no fees are charged for their use.

5. Returns and refunds

• Products: all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are available only if a product is defective or damaged when received. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
• Gift cards: gift card purchases are non-refundable.
