  • Purchase details for services, gift cards and products. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
  • Website usage, such as pages visited, device type and whether you arrived from one of our ads, collected through cookies, analytics and advertising tools.
  • Messages you send us by email, text, phone or social media.

How we use your information

  • To book, confirm and manage your appointments, and to send reminders.
  • To provide your services and keep a record of your color and service history.
  • To process payments, gift cards and orders.
  • To answer your questions and improve our website and guest experience.
  • To send salon news and offers by email or text, only when you have agreed to receive them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the salon, such as our online booking, payment, email, website and gift card providers, and only as needed for them to perform those services. Our advertising and analytics partners, Google and Meta, receive website usage information as described under Cookies, analytics and advertising. We may also share the email addresses and phone numbers of our guests with Google and Meta in a secure, encrypted form, so we can measure our advertising and avoid showing new-guest ads to people who already visit us. You can ask us to leave your information out at any time by contacting us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use it and measure our advertising. These include:

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Appointments for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
